Having been reared in South Central Kentucky, I know the market and am ready, willing and able to assist you with all your real estate needs. I am dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy, and will put my 30+ years of experience in lending and real estate to work for you. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, I attended the University of Kentucky prior to serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Completing 20 years of service as a commander, I have logged more than 3,500 flight hours as a Navy pilot.

After completing my military service, I worked as assistant vice president of a farm credit lender for eight years and then served as president of a bank in Morgantown. In 1983, I received my real estate sales associate license and became an apprentice auctioneer. Now a broker and auctioneer I have worked sales in Butler, Warren, and adjoining counties.

I have been active in selling REO properties in all the counties that is served by the local Multiple Listing Service. I am registered with HUD and handle properties for several other major firms.
